こんにちは、
私は千葉県印西市で15年間お料理教室をしている郷子です。　
四季の野菜を使い日本の保存食や伝統料理を伝えながら
千葉県の各箇所で講師としての活動もしています。日々季節の草花、彩り、居住のインテリアなどを楽しみながら
休日はフラダンスをし身体を動かしています。
日本の四季の美しさや伝統のお料理など、私も大好きな成田で皆様に楽しんでいただき母国に帰って身近な人にも振る舞って頂けたら嬉しいです。。　

I am Satoko. I have been offering a cooking class in Inzai City, Chiba since 2009, and I also work as an instructor at various locations.
I am passionate to share about Japanese preserved foods and traditional cuisine using seasonal vegetables.

I find joy in my daily life through appreciating seasonal flowers, colors, and home interior design.
On my days off, I enjoy hula dancing to stay active and refresh both my mind and body.

I hope that everyone can enjoy the beauty of Japanese seasons and the charm of traditional cuisine here in Narita.
